These machines are heavy-duty creep feed and profile grinders which allow multi-shape profile grinding at the touch of a button. While performing cycles such as surface, plunge, 1-pitch, side, profile, form, index, and creep feed grinding— all in one fully automatic cycle. Optional wheelhead-mounted automatic diamond dresser FSG-H818CNC allows continuous wheel dressing. Precision ballscrews and FANUC AC servo motors provide precise table positioning to achieve maximum grinding speed, especially during creep feed grinding operations.

Options include a 4th or 5th axis rotary table, table-mounted single or double diamond disc dressers, and an auto pallet changing system.
