WK IndustrieTechnik provides a continuously operating sandwich panel production line for the manufacture of sandwich elements with a PUR foam core.

Decoiler Group

Preheating Station

Dosing Station and Foaming Gantry

Double Belt CONTIMAT

Designed for the highest possible protection of the surface coating of the steel shells, driven by electronically controlled DC geared motors for uniform drive of the upper and lower belt.

Cross-Cutting Device

Ensures high cutting quality, maintaining cathodic anti-corrosion protection of the sheet edges.

Milling and Cutting Stations

Produces profiled joints on cold storage elements with program-controlled automatic cutting for precise corner and joint connections.

Cooling Station

Dissipates reaction heat generated during the foaming process, nearly finishing the shrinking process by the end of the cooling station.

Miter Cutting Saw and Piling Device

Features a special saw for miter cutting and cutting of special element sizes.

Program-controlled piling optimizes element piles for efficient assembly.

Packing Station

Fully automatic and semi-automatic wrapping with packing strips for immediate dispatch.
