The profiling roller sets are designed in a quick-change cassette construction. We fabricate profiling roller sets according to the customers' drawings or present proposals for economically efficient profile geometries, in relation to the intended application.

Quality Characteristics

For the design and calculation of the profiling roller sets, we use computer programmes and calculation procedures developed specifically for this purpose.

Our profiling roller sets are manufactured on high-performance CNC lathes in order to guarantee the high dimensional accuracy of the single profiling rollers. The single profiling rollers are made of high-alloyed steels which also have low wear and a long service life.

For many years, the profiling roller sets have been planned, designed, and manufactured together with our cooperation partner Nagel Profiliertechnik.
