Special versions standard TC TD machines supplied, special request, crossrail sliding vertical ways outside column. On rear-side, crossrail provided ground prismatic ways. Hardened ground counter-ways column plate provided adjustment device order achieve perfect squareness between crossrail surface worktable. Crossrail vertical movement may be controlled manually via independent motor rapid traverse. Up Down pushbuttons provided. Crossrail carries two universal wheelheads sliding pivoting transverse plane machine. Grinding heads can be displaced manual control, either normal micrometric. Movements three grinding heads provided machine completely independent each other. Each wheelheads fitted crossrail provided hydraulically-operated straight wheel-dresser swiveled form top wheel chamfer required. Also, table type dresser fitted form bottom wheel chamfer, though inclination must set rotating wheelhead. Swivel dresser permits wheel edge truing parallel spindle axis angle up to 900, little clearance angle respect top wheel side required. As seen illustrations, machines particularly suitable grinding slideways machine beds, slides, carriages, worktables, etc. On other hand, grinding width varies relation wheelhead inclination.
