SHEARS
This instrument cuts the sheet metal along the axis'of the bendíng beam and
changes dímension and typology according to the thickness of the sheet
beíng processed.
It slides along guides fixed to the bending beam, activated manually or
with a hydraulic motor.

ENDING BEAM
The bending beam forms the fold by way of a rotatíon (foldíng angle) of 1450
up agaínst the line of junction of the two jaws (foldíng line), along the
horizontal axis of the machíne:
~ SEGMENTS
Elements capable of generating "box profíles", generally produced with the
use of traditionai presses or with dedicated machínes. The segments
aгe fítted to the upper jaw modified previously. They are recommended for
the processing of sheet steel up to 2 mm in thickness, and can be
modified on request.
CONTRОLЅ
Developed specifícally for the ORIGAMI folding machines, all the controls
satisfy the most modern demands.
They enable programming of the number and type of folds to be made,
depending on the complexity of the profiles to be formed. The:controls can
be used to modífy both the back gauge and radíus. It is also possible to simulate the folds required to form the profiles.

ARM REGULATION SYSTEM
Minor physiólogical errors (angles too open) can affect product quality.
ORIGAMI is equipped with an ingeníous mechanísm that permits an índividual
arm to extend its length and apply pressure at the relevant point to
create additional "closure" of the profile and therefore of the angle,
ensuring perfect results.
 BACKGAUGE
The different types of back gauge available, the pneumatic back-stops,
and their extensions function as dies for the sheet metal at predefined
distances. Deciding, for example, for certain types of back gauge, to use the
last 450 mm of depth of the machíne, the die becomes the support element
for the back gauge. Alternatively, the extension of the pneumatic back-stops
functions as a die from 450 mm to 10 mm from the folding lìne. It fulfils this function by rising relative to the internal bench height. There are three types of extension, which on the basis of their strength permit a minimum programmable distance of 50, 35, or 10 mm.
► TORSAX
The TORSAX system makes it possible to adjust the distance of the upper jaw from that of the lower jaw during the closing phase with perfect parallel alignment, ensuring improved precísion.
