Pedrazzoli Brown SN 270 Band saw 
Thís machine has been designed to be mainly used by light and medium structural steel industries.
The turntable supporting bow rotates on a rollers гace thus permittíng easy manoeuvring during the adjustment to different cutting angles. The large diameter of the turntable (470 mm.) offers both a verywide working surface and precision with the bow at either 450 right or left cutting angles.
The bow positioning is adjustable: by means of a latch bolt mounted on an eccentric bush for cuts at 90°; by means of adju- stable mechanical stops for mitre cuts at 450 left-right.
The motor RPM reduction is obtained by means of a reducer (ratio 1:20) workìng in an oil bath. The blade is supported by two bade guides with hard metal pads and adjustable roller bearings. The operator's pressure on the controI Iever is changed by an hydraulic brake. This pressure can be adjusted by means of a
knob located on the control panel. The bow inclination (350), the blade length (2825 mm.) and the bandwheel diameter (320 mm.) minimíze blade fatigue.
An ammeter whích controls the absorbition of the eletric motor, allows the operator to control the band feeding speed and its wear.
