All machines are inspected with laser system for positioning and repeatability measuring. The axes alignment verification is performed with ball bar system,
ensuring perfect interpolation of X, Y and Z axes.
Headstock coolant

Oil skimmer
Contributes to increase coolant fluid useful life because it separates the lubricating oil from the coolant fluid and it minimizes alterations of the coolant fluid characteristics.

Optical scale for X, Y and Z axes
Provides high precision of positioning.
The position reading performed by optical scale is direct.
There are no interference of ball screw pitch error caused by heating and dilatation.

4th axis circular indexing table
This optional allows the machining of parts at any angle and with continuous interpolation. Can be equipped with tailstock optional with manual or pneumatic operated quill.

Equipped with electronic handwheeI, enables mobility in the work area, facilitanting the parts and tools preset.
