High efficiency in heavy plate bending operations with the top forming roll. The top forming roll can be used as a traditional press brake, allowing perfect re-rolling and calibration operations of the produced tubes. It is also possible to obtain cones with heavy thickness by having the two bottom rolls horizontally moving, which also means a lower working height, requiring a smaller foundation pit and less anchoring load for bending the plate in several strokes.

In the smallest models, there is no need for a foundation, while with some 3 and 4 roll pyramidal machines, it is necessary to tilt the top roll to allow for the produced tube removal.
On the 3R UHS machine, this is not necessary, making it much easier to remove the finished tube. The large working stroke allows for the best bending result and can bend thicker plates compared to equivalent 3 or 4 roll machines.

The solid construction and the particular geometry of the 3R UHS enable it to be used as a press brake bending machine. The machine can fulfill the best pre-bending on every required diameter, and the possibility of reducing the side rolls central distance provided by the horizontal movement of the rolls enables to increase the success of pre-bending while making smaller diameter bendings.

Another important feature of the 3R UHS machine is the operating system. Technical specifications and standard accessories include: induction-hardened forged or rolled SAE 1050 CK 45-50 steel rolls, double speed working system, conical bending device, electronic balancing system for parallel movement of the rolls, standard brake system, hydraulic drop-end, overhead crane for large diameters, hydraulic lateral side support for large diameters.
