The 125-CCN turning machine is available in three different configurations with the same ergonomic design: linear tooling system, revolver turret with fixed tools system, and revolver turret with live tools system.
The working areas vary depending on the configuration, and the spindle speed and power also differ.
The maximum turning diameter, maximum allowable diameter above the carriage, height of the tip above the carriage, and maximum turning length of the machine are specified. The spindle can accommodate SCHUBLIN collets, and the spindle speed can be controlled by an AC motor. The spindle interior diameter without a chuck key, maximum bar passage with a collet, maximum bar passage with an automatic chuck, and adjustable axial clamping force at 5 bars are also given.
The machine has programmable motion increments, and interpolation and rapid feed capabilities.
