Expanded metal sheets are related products of perforated sheets. The significant difference is that expanded metal can be manufactured without production of scrap. The production method of expanded metal presses differs from that of perforating presses, and the presses for expanded metal sheets can reach speeds of up to 1800 units per minute, with the same tolerances as for perforating presses. This material is also used in architecture, industrial and consumer goods businesses. Automatic lines with CNC for expanded metal presses of type, with a capacity of 300 kN, are available.
