The TCD shear set is made up of the 2010, 1507, 1205, 1003, and 752 models. The structure is made of welded steel plates, strong, compact, and generously sized. Traditional mechanical solidity was maintained, with technical innovations to improve safety and productivity. It consists of a range of five models with several accessories and various tailstocks to satisfy different requirements. The TCDA series shears separate the disc from the scrap, which is discharged separately and automatically. The TCDS series shears automatically remove the scrap after manually removing the cut disc. These high production machines can produce up to ten discs per minute, reducing the cost of the product to a minimum, while the cutting precision guarantees quality.
