Valdarno BCGS Schearing bars

Valdarno The model 180 is designed for shearing bars at temperatures up to 1200 deg. C. with heating by gas or induction heating. All of the machine functions are electronically controlled, including temperature, length control, pressure of the cutting device, and speed of bar feed. Motions of the shear are hydraulically actuated, including the length control, and feeding back cooled bars into the heater.

This induction heater is capable of handling mm square and round sections up to 80 and is integrated into HYDRAULIC the shearing line, with the heater coils HOT SHEARS located in the roller feed. The 250 line is serviced by a 5000 KW heater with 12 coils.

The success of the project was assured by Valdarno's close collaboration with the customer.

An automatic mm І 5tee1 - 1200 G unscrambling device takes bars from the bundle and loads them onto the feeder rollers. Heated bars may be withdrawn and placed on a cooling rack by a special ľ60.
