Parts designed outside of the standard bar sizes are usually produced from plate. The parts are then produced by means of thermal cutting. These parts can then be drilled or punched on the system. V200 The V200 provides material up to 60 mm in thickness with drilled holes. V200 / V250 / V70 Practical efficiency in production processes With punching and shearing systems, the parts are automatically marked for identification. Other marks, for example, assembly numbers, can be provided with the V70. The marks which are stamped are deep enough so they can be identified even after painting or galvanizing. The V250 is provided with a punching unit as standard but can be offered with a high-speed drilling spindle and tool changer. This machine is then capable of drilling, punching, tapping, numbering, and deburring as required.
