PBT Indumasch 25 safely packed for air freight to the Middle East

The machine must be rigid, unable to slide, and protected against moisture, dust, and point loading. Everything must be traceable with a clear loading list and markings for lifting and hoisting. For air freight, every centimeter counts, and the crate must withstand intensive handling.

We started with a measurement of footprint and center of gravity. On a supporting base, we placed beam lines under the machine feet, with anti-slip between them for friction build-up. The PBT Indumasch 25 was strapped down with certified tension belts, with pressure points shielded by corner protectors. Loose components and the control panel are separately packed and secured on the pallet. Then we built a crate with heat-treated wood according to ISPM 15, visibly stamped. The walls are lined inside with a blue moisture-proof film. Before closing, we extra wrapped moisture-sensitive parts and added absorbent pads. Crossbeams connect the side walls into a single rigid unit.

Then the crate was placed in the trailer with a forklift and prepared for transport to the airport. From there, the machine will go by plane to the Middle East.
