Every spindle is assembled, along with headstock and bearings, at
constant temperature and with precision jigs. Then it undergoes extensive test runs to eliminate any bearing abnormalities brought on by elevated temperatures. Anti-flex, shock-absorbing Meehanite cast iron is heat-treated, annealed twice and ground to eliminate internal stress as well as naturally seasoned to attain stability and hardness of HRC 53. These can meet the demands of continuous heavy-duty and/or step cutting. Every sliding surface is coated with Turcite-B to ensure a long and stable operating life under rigorous impact loading conditions.

High-Ѕpeed, High-Precision, Axіal Motion Mechanism
High-speed X/Z-axes feed at 20/24 m/min, respectively, using late-model servomotor with greater torque to stabilize feeding. Additional absolute value encoder enhances positional accuracy and shortens processing time. High-speed pre-tension ball screw alleviates backlash and thermal elongation. Direct coupling motor drive reduces power loss and upgrades feeding precision. High-precision spindle is supported by large-diameter, dual roller bearings and self-aligned angular ball bearings.
Twin optimized supports can resist any kind of axial or radial loading generated by high-speed precision turning or low-speed heavy-duty turning. Precision Transmission and Position Control Turret features large-diameter curved coupling and hydraulic driving tool disc, plus
cam-controlled mechanism for index accuracy. It can store 8-, 10- or 12-station turning tools, with rare malfunction plus easy maintenance, and can greatly reduce misalignment of tools.

The high-precision tailstock quill encased in a sleeve is fully programmable. The tailstock body is mounted on box ways to ensure maximum rigidity and can be moved manually or fully programmable for smooth operation and positioning accuracy. Controller provides liquid crystal color screen with one-piece vertical control panel. User can control chip disposal time via the control panel for greatest comfort and convenience. Uses both static and rotary VDI tool holders for milling and/or turning. Combined with C-axis multi-positional index control for drilling and tapping, can handle both radial and axial profile milling to meet the demands of DONE-IN-ONE processing.

Sets tools automatícally or manually, with tool wear data registered and compensated in controller to repeatable accuracy which can reduce downtime for inspection and upgrade cutting precision.

Automatically collects finished work piece and conveys them to outside coIIection box without opening the door. It also works well with a baг feeder to save time on each turning cycle.
