By introducing this new type of CNC control, Amada has attained a unique degree of utilzation and simplicity. Once again Amada provides a compiete forming system: Machine, CNC Control and tooling in a very model looking and ergonomical package. The resuits is a very user friendly bending system that minimizes set-up turne and increases overall accuracy.

Three programming modes
Depth mode (Operateur 2)
Either input the bend position and data directly through the control or teach the punch penetration into the die utilizing the handwheel on the fool pedal. When the correct angle is obtained, the RAM position is memorized using the teach button.
Angle mode (Operateur 2)
Automatically calculates the penetration between ttıe puncli and die, the bend allowance, the bending speed and the backgauge positions relative to the workpiece.
Graphic mode (Operateur 2)
Allows the operator to program a part and graphically check its profile on the colour CRT. The control will automatically scale the part relative to its size.
