These are highly efficient, fully automatic, cut-off machines. They eliminate the necessity of troublesome material positioning and blade height adjustment. They are designed for high speed cutting, high accuracy, low cost, and a minimum of noise.

The cutting speed which most effectively matches the size and type of material being cut is the most important point to consider in economical processing. The variable speed control ensures that the most appropriate saw blade speed will be available.

When cutting a number of pieces at once, the vertical clamp holds the bundle down firmly to prevent cutting errors due to material slippage or vibration. This also helps to extend the service life of the saw blade. For continuous cutting, automatic operation can start as soon as these counters are set to the number of pieces to be cut and the required cut length.

This centrifugal type pump discharges the cutting fluid from the hose nozzle and inserts. Saw-chips can be washed away easily using this pump. The pump is maintenance-free and makes very little noise.
