HEADSTOCK
The headstock is highly proportioned and with a high working capacity. The caracase is a 25 GG casting, strongly ribbed and giving the machine a steady rigidity. The headstock has got a main shaft of forged steel at hardness of min. 48 HRC, duly proportioned and mounted on highly accurate bearings. The headstock accommodates the feed box; all gears and shafts are made of a high resistance steel, hardened and ground, fact that preserves the machine with a long durability.

FEED AND THREADING BOX
The carcase is completely closed. All shafts and gears in the feeds and threading box, are SN 402 / SN 502
high-grade alloy steel, with their teething hardened through high. TYPE 750 100e 1500 2000 frequency currents, ensuring long machine life.

BED AND BASES 
Bed and bases are built in special casting strongly ribbed, giving the machine a steady rigidity. Bed-ways are hardened and ground with a high precision, having a hardness of min. 

APRON
The carcase is completely closed. The apron has got a hardened and ground shafts in oil bath, with a soft transmission movement. The apron has got a safety device which avoids thread and feed mechanisms acting simultaneously.

SLIDES AND CARRIAGE
Slides and carriage are largely proportioned and wíth soft movements. The carriage travel direction can be reversed, but this operation does not interfere with the spindle rotation. The three slides are independently driven, therefore various shapes can be machined. The longitudinal and cross slide can be moved eighter mechanically or manually.

TAILSTOCK
A rigidly built unit, the tailstock allows a great working capacity. The tailstock quill is a high grade carbon steel, surface hardened for 45 HRC, and fine ground on its exterior surface and taper bore. The graduation on the cylindrical surface of the quill allows for the direct readíng of the travel.
