Modern CNC turning, milling and grinding equipment integrated in a CAD-CAM computer network are able to guarantee the highest quality for customer tailored products. Quality of our products is built up step by step during the whole manufacturing process: from choice of onIy first quality Steels to the tungsten carbide sintering 100 produced by virgin powders in the modern sintering facility of Multicarb a company of Atomay Group, up to the final product inspection granted by the state of the art 3D computerized measuring machine. Chines are dedicated to roll maintenance shops of steel
rolling mill. The range of machines designed and produced by Atomat includes Notch milling and Marking machines, Grinders, Lathes as well as combined machines that include multiple ahove functions. All machines are provided of user friendly interface. Rollwork software is able to grant easy programming even for compIex turning operations, as well as to manage a roll database that can be shared by all Atomat machines in the shop. Atomat machines represent today the henchmark for roll maintenance technology. The renowned assistance service prouided to our customers includes prompt remote or at site interventions, periodical maintenance, prompt spare stock and technological updating on ezisting machines. Atomat is also able to provide turn key roll maintenance shops.

Atomat designs and manufacturers grinding wheels as well as notching and marking tools in WC, PCD or PCBN in order to grant the maximum efficiency of its machines.
These special tools are optimized, based on continuous research and tests that are carried out by performing the same job of our customers in our service companies.
