The standard control offers simple and fast operation of the

BMS 9 Control

This control ís an upgrade of the standard version. 1t allows for
the pre-settíng of 9 different angles. These wí11 be performed

BMS 99 Control
This 2 axis control can store bendíng angles and clamp

і openings for 99 different profiles.

BMs Touch Control
The graphical BMS Touch screen control is based on Windows
operating system and allows the operator to view the part profile.
The simulation allows to view the bending process to the pre-setted profíles as well as the new entered profiles.
The bending angles and dimensions of the pre-setted and new entered profiles can be rapid and easy changed and checked in the simulation. Bending sequence can be calculated automatically.

The Biegemaster Long Folding Machines, Mode1 BM, can bend all typical profiles
from 3 to 12 meters 10 to 40 and material thicknesses to mm 16 gauge steei.
The high precision of bending accuracy and repeatability results from the finely tuned
bending beam and the numerous hydraulic driven linkage assemblies.
The travel of the linkage arms

and maximize bearing life.
Programmabie back gauge is driven by heavy-duty timing belts.
