Standard Control
The standard control offers simple and fast operation of the long folding machíne.
Bending angle ís easíly set by a rotary dial. After bending the pre-set angle, the clamp opens automatically.
Opening clearance can be dialed in non-incrementally.
BMS 9 Control
This control is an upgrade of the standard version. It allows for the pre-setting of 9 different angles. These will be performed automatically in consecutive order. For fast and accurate production of repetitive profiles.
BMS 99 Control
This 2 axis control can store bending angles and clamp

openings for 99 different profiles.
All of 99 profites can contain up to 9 bending angles and openings.

BMs Touch Control
The graphical BMS Touch screen control is based on Windows operating system and allows the operator to view the part profile.
The simulatíon allows to view the bending process to the pre-setted profiles as well as the new entered profiles.
The bending angles and dimensions of the pre-setted and new entered profiles can be rapid and easy changed and checked in the simulation. The generous hard drive as well as the 3 1/2 floppy drive allows a virtually limitless profile storage.

The Biegemaster Long Folding Machines, Model BS can bend all typical profiles from 3 to 12 meters 10 to 40 and material thicknesses to mm 12 gauge steel. The high precision of bending acuracy and repeatability results from the finely tuned bending beam and the numerous hydraulic
driven linkage assemblies.
The travel of the linkage arms has been optimized through advanced
computer modeling to improve the bending precision and maximize
bearing life.
The backgauge fingers are easily adjusted along the full  lenght of the machine. Without the need of tools, these can be quickly moved to the desired positions.
