Biko Bending Rolls

SINGLE INITIAL PINCH PLATE ROLLS
The BIP version of plate roll guarantees superior quality bending and convenient foot pedal control, allowing one-man operation for plate loading and prebending operations, thanks to the asymmetric geometry of the roll movement.

Rolling of profiles is facilitated by the extended roll shafts, ensuring optimal plate drive with two powered pinch rolls. This feature prevents slipping even on very thin plates and is standard across all models. The BIP series of plate rolls is the most convenient method to consistently roll shells with minimal investment.

Digital readouts are recommended to assist operators in achieving quick and repeatable results, typically mounted on the machine to accurately monitor roll positions.

Profile dies can be mounted on the machine's extended roll shafts outside the drop end bearing. These dies can be adjusted according to the profile shape, whether T, U, or flat.
