Horizontal Machining Centers

Equipped with the latest Fanuc System 0 Control No. 40 BT spindle, 20 tool carousel, and twin pallet workholding. This extremely comprehensive specification also includes fourth rotary B axis for 360,000 position indexing and fully controlled contouring, integral multi-jet coolant, swarf conveyor, and full guarding. The BPC 320H is ideal for machining small parts multi-loaded on cubic fixtures, thus enabling three different component faces to be simultaneously presented to the spindle.

The most powerful knee-type frame model in the INTERACT milling machine range. 

It is similar to the Mk2 but based on the Series Two CNC frame with a larger one-piece head with No. 40 ISO Quick Change Spindle. The spindle drive can deliver up to 8 kW and is equally suitable for heavy-duty work in difficult materials and the rapid machining of aluminum and other non-ferrous materials.

Fitted with the Series I Bridgeport/HEIDENHAIN TNC 2500 Control with graphics as a standard feature. A power draw bar option is available. The Series I is a proven knee-type frame machine with a powerful head based on a rigid one-piece grey iron casting mounted directly on the column. The motor spindle drive can transmit up to 6 kW and enables full advantage to be taken of carbide cutters for fast stock removal and high surface finish. Twin recirculating ball screws with the Z-axis drive ensure balanced power transmission and precise depth control. Fitted with No. 30 ISO Quick Change Spindle, spindle speeds are programmable through the Bridgeport/HEIDENHAIN TNC 2500 Control which incorporates graphics for easy visual program checking.

INTERACT 300 The modern bed-type construction of the INTERACT 300 combines high load-carrying capacity with fast rapid traverse and pin-point positional accuracy. This important addition to the renowned range of INTERACT CNC Vertical Milling Machines is based on the proven frame of the INTERACT 412X. Its design and robust construction ensure fast and accurate machining of small to medium size components in a wide variety of materials. Fast and accurate shop-floor programming, using question and answer routines, is assured with the new Bridgeport/HEIDENHAIN TNC 2500 Control with graphics as a standard feature.

INTERACT 760 / INTERACT 1000 The INTERACT 760 and 1000 are similar in configuration to the INTERACT 300 but have a more powerful head (7 kW and 11 kW motor respectively), a larger table, and increased axis travel up to 1000mm X-axis and 500mm Y-axis. Pretensioned ball screws on the X and Y axes maximize servo-efficiency and ensure pin-point positional and high contouring accuracy. The Bridgeport/HEIDENHAIN TNC 2500 Control provides easy shop-floor programming with graphics for visual program checking.

EZ CAM - Computer Aided Programming The EZ-Cam system provides an affordable Computer Aided Manufacturing facility making programming many times faster and hence cost-effective compared to manual preparation. Operation is simple and no previous computer experience is required. There are three types of software available: Milling, Turning, and EDM with combinations of software and hardware packages to suit customer needs. The software includes a utilities package for communication to various machine tool controls.
