G O O S E N E C K
The gooseneck is a help-device for lifting and towing a rolltrailer with a terminal tractor.
Rigidly constructed of high tensile steelplates, mixed gas welded according to
the highest standards.
Designed to prevent the unloaded gooseneck from swaying behind the terminai
tractor.
The tongue is of a special high wear resistance manganese steel to ensure
extra long service lifetime.
A parking stand can be delivered.

ADVANTAGES OF THE BUISCAR ROLLTRAILERS:
Buiscar Rolltrailers have proven for decades to be of a very rigid and durable construction for use in ports and ships all over the world. Ghoice can be made from an extensive range of trilers in various sizes up to a capacity of 120 tons. The sturdy construction is composed of high tensile steel welded according to the highest standards. At the front end a gooseneck-adaptor of a very robust construction to withstand even rough treatment is welded. Optionally a fixed gooseneck can be supplied.
Low maintenance due to the application of conical гolleг bearings, dustsealed. Buiscar s own ironcasted wheels with solid rubber steelband tyres are provided with additional seals for protection against strappings, rope, threads and other cuttings. To obtain high corrosion resistance all steelwork is shotblasted according to Swedish Standard and coated with a 2-layer paint system. Other applications on request. All the features ensure a long lifetime based on almost 40 years of experience in trailer manufacturing.
The loading platform can be either open or closed with spruce, hardwood or teardrop steel decks.

ROLLTRAILER ACCESSORIES:
Gooseneck: a fixed gooseneck with 2 kingpin.
Collapsíble twiistlock: locking device to secure the containers to the trailer. This
device can be manually collapsed to be flush with the piatform for loading general cargo.
Fíxed contaíner pin: for easy positioning of the containers without locking them.
Cargo lashing: Buiscar s own extra strong cargo lashings enable the use of all kinds of lashing material chain, band, steel rope, steel band to secure general cargo to the trailer.
Deck lashing: to secure the trailer to the deck.
Stanchíon pockets: manufactured of sturdy and hollow rectangular steel welded to
the main frame.
Safety hooks: designed to provide extra security against accidental disconnection of the gooseneck. Buiscar safety hooks do not influence the fast remote one-man operation of coupling the gooseneck.
Contaíner guides: collapsible oг fixed welded for easy positioning of containers.
Forklíft pockets: to allow lifting of the rolltrailer by a forklicft truck, two forklift pockets, manufactured from u-profile steel sections, are welded across the complete width of the rolltrailer.
