Bystronic s AFM MK series hydraulic variable rake shears are quality machines with the unique CPRS Cutting Pressure Reference System feature to provide users with consistently accurate cutting condítíons for shearing both thick and thin materíals with minimum bow, twist and camber.
The special mono hydraulic system with a single pump plus the CPRS make the MK Shear performs far better in clean cut and burr free shearing operation under demanding polyurethane hold-down pads minimize surface marks and automatically adjust
NC programmable controller with 99 address and part -count feature is fitted as standard on the robust dual drive shaft transmission backgauge system. The intelligent rigid- coupled drives with no backlash ensure accurate programmed position.
