Automatic head. Positioning every 2.5° in both bodies. Option of positioning every 1° in the back body.

The HZ milling machine has been developed as a product with great rigidity in its structure, being a heavy machine, over-dimensioned to guarantee the best possible response in limit working conditions. The movement of the machine is by linear guideways that slide on roller blocks, providing two basic improvements: better positioning and repeatability of 0.005 mm by eliminating the classical friction of the prismatic guideway (the "Slip-Stick" effect), and higher working speeds that allow optimizing all machining time.
