COPREN is a company that since 1992 has specialized in the automation of industrial processes related to sheet-metal forming, with particular reference to loading/unloading operations on mechanical and/or hydraulic presses, transfer of drawn parts, design and realization of lines composed of more than one press, trimming-beading machines, etc.

COPREN transfers employ the SYNCROMOTION system that replaces the traditional mechanical synchronisation oп this kind of machines.
SYNCROMOTION allows to control completely the transfer strokes andlet improve the elbows of the working movements of the machine.
The result is high precision and softness of movements together with high productivity.
The transfer algorithms are optimized depending on the dies used by determining acceleration and deceleration elbows that ensure a perfect mechanical protection of the transfer and dies also at the highest performances. Thanks to the intelligent sercos
ínterface the feeding movements are performed with high dynamism. The communication interface consists of a fiber optics system by obtaining a precise synchronization with reaction times that are precise and at microseconds ordeE.
SYNCROMOTION is particular for the elimination of the torsion bars, often cumbersome, in order to have an easy applicatíon of the transfer without interfere with the geometric dimensions of the dies and working tables of the presses. As a consequence, there is the possibility to use presses with Eeduced working tables or lateral openings by decreasing the investment on purchase of any new presses or by allowing the employment of the existing presses.
The programme development occurs in ms windows language.

The new technologies, with improvement of economical advantageous applications, require more and more controlled movements with extreme increment of acceleration, speed and precision .
In the traditional transfer the mentioned requirements cannot be easily met because of the inertías deriving from the mechanical drivings belts, sliding blocks, pinions, racks, etc.
COPREN, by realising transfers with linear motors and direct drive system, represent the aIternative to the conventional systems.
