Automatic Tool:

Feeding Speeds: 3 feeding speeds can be engaged by an electromagnetic multi-disc clutch from Ortlinghaus, which requires no maintenance. This clutch also functions as a safety clutch.

Coolant Pump:

Design: The base of the machine is designed as a water tank for a cooling water pump.

Electromagnetic Multi-Disc Clutch (Ortlinghaus):

Description: The external friction discs are made of friction material suitable for dry running or friction linings for wet running, and are freely movable in the grooves or serrations of the housing. The magnet core is secured against rotation and axial displacement. The coil is encapsulated in the magnet core and is connected to the ground through the insulated slip ring. When a 24V DC voltage is applied to the slip rings, the coil is energized, creating a magnetic field that engages the clutch discs, connecting the coupling carrier and the external component securely.
