Electro-Erosion Machines
Electro-erosion machines are used for cutting out details with programmed shapes in any material such as copper, aluminum, steel, sintered elements, by passing current along a thin wire. They are used, for example, for making dies, mold elements, or tools. The computer allows the operator to enter the programming data for various shapes. It supports DXF files, uploaded with AUTOCUT software. The machine cuts holes in slabs of up to 400 mm in thickness. The shape reduction/enlargement feature solves the problem of working gap correction.
