In our offer we have a wide range of rolls for three-piece bending machines. Modular spacers for three-leg bending machines are used for bending following materials. They are made with professional care and the best materials for bending pipes of stainless and aluminum grades, and structural steel. Stones are made in exact dimensions for tube tubularity. We only offer rollers for our bending machines.

In the standard version we have modular spacers with widths:
5mm, 6mm, 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, which constitute the set. In addition, two sets are knurled. Thanks to using the surface knurling on the lower rollers, we get better bending performance because they produce better grip on the part.

A set of pipe bending tools consists of a profile die, a hoof, and a support. Thanks to the matrices, we retain the cylindricality of the pipe at the bend of any radius.

PROFILED STONES FOR BORDERING MACHINES
We make custom moulding stones for all models of hand and mechanical grooving machines. We have in the offer 72 types of rolls profiled for sheet and pipe forming. The stones are made of high-quality NC6 or NZ3 steel and tempered, resulting in 58-60 HRC.

GRINDING ROLLS FOR PIPES CONNECTION
We have grinding rolls for pipe connections by interpenetration with following sizes:
