Guillotines

Notching machines

Notching machines are mainly used for cutting metal sheets. There are two types of notching machines: the ones with an adjustable angle and those with a non-adjustable angle. The adjustable range of angles is between 40° and 135°, and within this range, the angle can be adjusted to the desired position.

A standard notching machine comes equipped with all the necessary tools to meet the processing needs of most sheet metal fabrication shops. Therefore, it's not necessary to create a separate set of dies, as is customary with punching machines, to work on your metal with a specific angle or thickness.

Notching machines can also be classified into three categories: pedal-operated, pneumatic, and hydraulic.

Laser cutters

Laser cutters use the heat emitted by a laser beam guided through mirrors or optical fibers. This laser cutting technique is incredibly precise and allows you to work with various metals for the fastest turnaround time.

Depending on the type of laser, you can cut different types of materials. Fiber laser cutting machines are used for cutting sheet metal, steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and some plastics. However, CO2 laser cutters are only suitable for light materials.

Plasma cutting tables

Plasma cutting tables are used exclusively for cutting ferrous (stell, stainless stell, etc.), and non-ferrous metals (brass, copper, aluminum, etc.) with a maximum thickness of 160 mm. This cutting method uses a melting technique to deliver precise work.

Plasma cutting is faster than laser cutting for processing medium or thick plates. It is also faster than oxyfuel cutting for thin or medium plates. However, laser cutting is more accurate and provides a better surface finish than plasma cutting.

Plasma cutting is generally most suitable for cutting thick metal plates. It is also the clear winner for most metalworking operations. A plasma cutting machine produces fast, high-quality, precise cuts on all types of metal while avoiding the hazards associated with laser cutting.
