Moving Table Grinding Machine Range

This moving table grinding machine range is designed to achieve maximum machine performance and meet the requirements of a wide variety of applications. These machines can be equipped with in-process measuring systems, which integrate external, internal, face, and taper grinding capabilities. They feature an automatic wheel balancing system, including gap and crash protection, an axial positioning system, and a taper correction system.

The machines are ideal for grinding components such as transmission shafts, electric motor shafts, gas and wind turbine shafts, railway shafts, machine tool shafts, landing gear components, and more. Depending on the application, the machines can be equipped with different grinding wheels, including corundum, CBN (cubic boron nitride), or diamond wheels.

The machine base and sub-assemblies are made from stabilized perlitic cast iron for high precision and durability. The HG series grinders are highly flexible, ergonomic, and easy to use, with a wide range of configurations to suit specific customer needs.

Additionally, the machines can be equipped with an absolute multi-diameter measuring system, such as the MDM 300 or MDM 500, depending on the application. The grinding wheels are mounted on hydrostatic bearing spindles, roller bearings, or other precision-bearing systems.
