The Darley Hydraulíc swíng-beam Shears are renowned for their reliability
and stability. Design production methods guarantee a reliable operation, accurate cutting results and a long life, though requiring only a minimum of
maintenance. The swing beam design and the resultíng automatic retraction
increase the life time of the blades.

The control panel houses all standard controls for start/stop, emergency stop, cyclic/impuls cutting and NC-controls for back gauge.
Available optíons such as sheet supports, CNC-control unit, motorized blade clearance adjustment, mitre gauge and rollers fitted to table or sheet supports.

The manufacturing process

The manufacturing process involves automatic palletizing, corner units, punching stations, and shearing. The Darley table shears are excellently suited for pre- and post-processing systems due to their concept. Many interesting versions, which Darley has built over the years, can be delivered as options, such as CNC feeding systems, CNC front gauges, sheet transport systems with scrap carts, and stacking devices.
