Steel construction frame ís made of hígh qualíty mateńal using wíth metal arc weldíng technologíes and stress relíeved before the workíng so as to elíminate any resídual tensíon and to obtain a uniform tensiIe strength. Frame of the presses have been studíed in the mіпіmum details, checkíng to correct dimension of the varíous mechanícal components with the Fíníte Element Method.

BRAKE COMBINATION
On our presses pneumatical clutch-brake combination is used in order to
íncrease the safety condítions and decrease the defects into mìnimum in work.
Upon request, hydraulíc clutch-brake combination can be used.

Electrical control panel controls all the actions and funetíons of the press and warns the user against aпy faílure and defect. Switches and warníng líghts on the panel provide easy usage and safety to the user duríng the operation.

For our users. very símple stroke adjustment system is desígnedon our presses. With this system, to make stroke adjustment by hand is very easy. Adjustment stroke is fíxed wïth very specíal safety system. Heibht adjustment of ram is supplied by adjustment mechanism located on ball-screw.

Ram constructíon robust and stable structure and is produced particulariy
on precise machines. Ram slides are designed for 8 guides in 90 , 
4 guides ram in V prísmatic type beańng system without lo sing its 
working accuracy cvcn under arduous condítions.
A11 gcars are made of high quality ductile casting material use in helíx shape. Duríng the assemblíng of the gears on the shaft, ring
feder system is used. This brings hígh power transmíssíon and easíness ofassembie and dís-assemble. A11 gears work in oil-bath.

Our presses are equipped with centralized manual lubrícation system in order to supply easγ lubńcatíon and save on time. Up n request. ít ís equípped with time adjusted autornatical centralizéd motorized lubrícation system ínstead of manual system.

Mechanical overload safety unit ís desígned against overloads during the operation of the press іп order to protect the machíne and die. Upon request hydraulic overload safety unit caп 6e fitted ínstead of inechanícal overload safety unit.
