REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLATION AND OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

Electric Engineering

Before installing the machine, confirm the general power consumption (KVA) and load of the main machine and control system.

For general power input < 11 KVA, use a 50A air switch; for power consumption between 11-22 KVA, use a 100A air switch.

Choose D-type trip. Each machine should have its own leakage protection switch, leakage current > 30mA.

Use 3-phase 5-wire, 380V, 10/50Hz. If the power supply is unstable, a stabilizer is necessary.

Earth resistance < 10Ω; if it's too large, there will be interference.

Vibration

Vibration affects machining performance and machine life. Keep the machine away from vibration sources. A separate foundation is needed if necessary.

Foundation

Ensure the foundation is prepared as per the provided drawing to guarantee accuracy and machine life.

Keep the machine in an area free of corrosive gas, conductive powder, and other harmful substances.

Temperature

The ideal temperature for the machine is 20±2°C. The operating environment temperature should be 10-35°C with humidity < 80%.

Temperature in the room affects accuracy; it's best to maintain a constant temperature.

Avoid direct sunlight, wind, or warm air conditioning.

Discharging Liquid

Discharging liquid significantly impacts machining performance. Use EDM oil according to our recommendation.
