Main Features:

All main components (bed, headstock, saddle, plinth, etc.) are made from high-quality solid castings.

Low friction Turcite-B coating on mating surfaces between saddle and guideways.

Precision ballscrews and highly rigid precision bearings ensure accurate positioning and heavy cutting capability.

Centralized oil system provides forced automatic lubrication to ballscrews and all mating surfaces.

Two model ranges available:

CKE-Z Series: Automatic headstock gear changing, high spindle speed with a wide range, and low noise levels (under 80 db).

CKE-i Series: Independent spindle structure utilizing a frequency-converted spindle motor or servomotor, offering stepless high spindle speeds.

Operator adjustable control panel for convenient tool setting.

Fully enclosed guards with interlocks offer a waterproof and chip-free environment.

Horizontal 4-P automatic indexing toolpost is standard. Vertical 4-P toolpost, horizontal 6-P toolpost, quick-change toolpost, etc., are also available to meet specific customer requirements.

Optional pneumatic or hydraulic chuck and tailstock are available.

Control systems from FANUC, Siemens, Fagor, etc., can be supplied. E-handwheel function is also available.
