VERTICAL CONTOUR SAWS

36-inch Throat Depth
Among the most versatile machine tools available, vertical contour saws can saw, file, or polish aluminum, brass, copper, mild steel, tough tool steel, stainless steel, and sheet metal, as well as cut nonmetals like plastics, wood, paper, and fibrous materials. Plus, they are available with a wide variety of attachments that permit contour cutting, mitering, disc cutting, and more.

The 3613-V3 has a throat depth of 36 inches (915 mm). It features a maximum work height of 13 inches (330 mm) and can accommodate blade sizes ranging from 1/16 inch to 1 inch by 199 inches (5,055 mm). The band drive motor provides 3 horsepower, with a speed range of 30–320 feet per minute or 550–5,500 feet per minute, which corresponds to 9–98 meters per minute or 168–1,675 meters per minute.

The 3613-VH shares similar features but has a slightly reduced maximum work height of 12 inches (305 mm) and accommodates blade lengths of up to 125 inches (3,175 mm).

FRICTION SAWS

Friction saws offer excellent performance for demanding applications. They feature throat depths of either 20 inches (508 mm) or 35-1/4 inches (895 mm), with maximum work heights ranging from 13 inches (330 mm) to 20 inches (510 mm). The blade sizes for these models range from 1/16 inch to 1 inch by lengths of 154 inches (3,910 mm) to 234 inches (5,945 mm).

The band drive motors provide power outputs from 3 horsepower to 15 horsepower, depending on the model. Speed ranges can be specified, with options like 30–320 feet per minute up to 15,000 feet per minute (9–98 meters per minute to 305–4,575 meters per minute), catering to a variety of cutting needs.

MITER CUTTING SAWS

DoALL miter cutting saws are available in tilt-frame or swivel-head configurations to increase flexibility and improve efficiency in fabrication shops or other sawing applications requiring miter cuts. These saws are capable of cutting materials with diameters up to 26 inches and rectangular sections up to 26 x 39-1/2 inches. They also provide angle cutting capabilities of up to 60 degrees.

Examples of these saws include the C-650S swivel saw and the C-1000/650S tilt-frame saw, designed for precision and versatility in demanding applications.

PRODUCTION POWER SAWS

Band saws and circular carbide sawing systems, with capacities ranging from 13 inches to 76 inches, are designed for sawing a wide range of metals on a production basis. These machines offer automatic operation and numerical control, ensuring high productivity and precision.

Their solid, heavy-duty construction provides greater rigidity and reduces vibration, resulting in higher cutting rates, exceptional accuracy, superior surface finishes, and extended tool life.

The C-4100NC is one of the featured models, designed for robust performance and reliability in production environments.

Powered by band drive motors with outputs ranging from 10 to 15 horsepower (11 kW).

Cutting speeds range from 40 to 360 feet per minute (12 to 110 meters per minute), allowing versatility for different material types and production needs.
