TAE- 45N An ideal machine for continuous work with high metal removal rates. Choice of main motors: 15 kW at 100 duty cycle
as a standard, 22 kW and 37 kW as an option. Constant horsepower over 375 - 4500 rpm spindle speed range. 440 Nm torque at the spindle.
Exceptionally robust design, long life of original accuracy.
Slant bed for effective swarf removal and minimum thermal distortion. Wide selection of versions within basic configurations of:
- chuck lathe
- bar turning lathe with max. bar dia. 67 mm
- centre lathe
- turning centre with rotating tools and controlled C axis.
Digital control for AC servodrives and AC main motor.
Programme-controlled positioning of tailstock. Automatic steadies.
