Structural Design

Features

Table Rotation and Tilting:

Operators can rotate pieces mounted on the rotating table either clockwise or counterclockwise.

The table's rotation and tilting can be precisely controlled via a control panel, allowing for well-aligned and controllable adjustments at easily adjustable speeds.

The table can also be tilted forward to achieve the desired angle.

Standard T Grooves:

The rotating table includes standard T grooves, enabling quick clamping of the workpiece.

Transmission System:

The rotation and tilting are achieved through steel spur gear transmission systems, ensuring durability and reliability.

Components:

The product comprises a housing, motor, table rotation and tilting systems, electrical panel, and a remote-controlled operator unit.

These components provide the best structural protection and operational efficiency.

Capacity:

Akyapak offers positioners with capacities ranging from 1 to 40 tons in its standard product list.

Custom production can be realized for capacities up to 100 tons.

Installation:

Positioners should be fixed on the floor for handling heavy workpieces.
