And this system is consisting of lnput Conveyor + Beam Drilling Ceant taenry + Unit +Length Blanking Unit +Output Conveyor.

End cutting or blanking processes should be done with a band saw machine. 

With the ADM 1010 CNC Computer Numeric Control, you will be able to perform various operations efficiently. The system integrates with an input conveyor and the machines connected to this system. For drilling steel beams, the ADM 1010 CNC uses hydraulic-controlled clamp jaws.

For bridges and constructions, the profile should be placed on the input conveyor. It will then be brought to its position using CNC control and servo motors. The beams will be carried to the output conveyor, and the carriers of the output conveyor are operated with a reducer.

The ADM 1010 CNC machine blocks the positioned beam with hydraulic remote-controlled special clamp jaws. The drilling process is carried out by three independent drilling units on different axes. Each drilling unit is controlled by the CNC system, which allows for precise drilling. The movement of the beam on the conveyor is facilitated by a magnetic system.

The drilling units operate on three different axes. Each drilling unit is controlled by servo motors through the CNC system, featuring special variable speed drives and linear ball bearings.
