Makes welding edges for machine and boiler construction, apparatus engineering, shipbuilding, container construction, welding instruction classes etc. We have collected market information for several years, spoke to our customers about their requirements and devetoped the perfect machine based on our findings. Our 5K5-15 Auto combines all market requirements:
The 5KS-15 Auto is portable, compact and extremety efficient. Its max. bevel width is 15 mm, the bevel angle is adjustable continuously from 15° - 50°.
The welding edge is made by shearing off material with a shearing knife. The procedure is very effective, the machine runs smoothly and silently.
Atl-purpose applicatton:
■ Stationary, self-feeding also on long steel plates. The machine automatically moves along the edge of the workpiece.
■ Safeguarding by a crane or the XT mobite cart (option) is necessary.
■ For mild steel with tensile strength from З7oN/mm up to 520N/ mm - also for stainless steets and aluminum. lncreasing tensile strength requires reduction of the bevel width resp. shearing in severatruns.
