ARCALL CR/ 148 CNCH
CR 148 CNCH is an electric-hydraulic bending machine with a strong structure made of G30 cast iron, very stiff. The ground steel driving shafts are mounted on conic bearings; all three are powered by a gear motor and quenched steel gears. The moving rollers shifting is obtained by hydraulic cylinders driven by an hydraulíc control unit (Kw 4,1/5,5HP - 110 bar). The ground steel side straighteners are mounted on bearings and are independently adjustable. The control unit (low-tension feedind) forms the console (CNC120) that is separated from the machine. The console CNC 120 is mounted on wheels and it is connected with the bending-machine by means of a strong cable. Moreover, the push-button panel of controls is separable from the console and it can be positioned near the machine; so to enable the operator a convenient and easy use. In addition to the automatic use, the machine can work both manual and semi-automatic. The manual function can be also driven by a complete numerical control power-off. CR148CNCH is very simple to use and to program, therefore it is suitable both for a normal production and for a mass-productlon, so to ensure a high standard of precision.

CNC 120 is a numerical control including an industrial PC with hard-disk, floppy disk, 14" color VGA monitor, keyboard
(industrlal type) and PLC soft-ware; all is included in an industrial rack. The multilinguol programs are developped in progressive languages; and this to make the machine use easier. A help in line enables to have suggestions during the programming. Moreover it is possible to check graphically the programmed bend geometry. Once all necessary data
concerning the wanted bend have been input, CNC 120 controls the whole workíng cycle automatically and autonomously. The program controls the execution of bends in one run or more and it performs all bend geometries (also the more complex ones). It is possíb/e to program different, consecutive diameters of radius up to 12.
