Design and Operating Features

Structural Design:

Durable Frame: The machine features a C-type frame tested for strength and stability using finite element analysis (FEA). This ensures durability and reliability under operational stress.

Stress Relief: The frame and welded components are normalized to relieve internal stresses, enhancing the machine's longevity and performance.

Indexable Multi-Tool System: The hydraulic punching head includes an indexable multi-tool system that offers 360-degree rotation in increments, allowing for versatile tool configurations and reducing setup times and tooling costs.
