Pressure Reference is the unique dynamic load sensing control at
the heart of the PR machine.
lndependent pressure sensors continually measure the working pressure in each of the main cylinders and give continual feedback to the DNC control, therefore each sìde frame s deflection is automatícally monitored by cylinder sensors and individuaIiy compensated dependent on the rea1 load measured, even under full off-centre bending.
The pressure in the two main cyIinders can be reduced to virtually zero, allowing a 100 tool protection even for very short
toollengths , and the ITS integrated cool safety monitoring system
interrupts the working cycle if the pre-set tool safety limit is exceeded.
Inciuded is an automatic material thickness measuríng system, called
ATC active thickness controI , ideal for either batch or part-batch
manulacturing.

material specification, i Thickness, ii Tensile, iii Fibre direction.
The machine only generates the force required to bend the component
part. This drastícally reduces wear on the machine and energy
