RAPTOR is a centre specìally recommended for machining components that feature complicated 3D shapes, such as those
produced in the aviation, prototype, automotíve and thermoforming sectors.
Rigidity and high dynamics are distinctive features of RAPTOR, making it ideal for machíning a multitude of components with high speed and maximum milling performance.
RAPTOR 1200/2T, thanks to the speed of the linear axes whích reach up to 80 m/mín and to the twist head with C axis rotation of 200 and A axis rotation from 0 to 115 , offers the operator exceptional performances when machining complex profiles with 
continuous axes, ensuring maximum precìsion and dynamics
also when mílling undercuts.
The strong forked head, which is directly actuated and can be
posítioned at any angle of its work area, is ideal for fittíng a
20 kW spindle with a rotational speed of 28,000 rpm, giving
г this centre high milling performance and the possibility of
coping with the machiníng of composites, resins and light
alloys as well.
The mobile gantry structure with drive assemblies mounted on the top of the machine, ensure maximum operator safety, dynamic response and reliabílity in the long run.
The complete closing of the work area offers an exceptional protection against dust, thus keeping your working environment clean.
