The High Speed backgauge system is driven by AC motors on linear bearing and ballscrews with +/- 0,01 tolerances. This system has AC motor operation and ballscrews with programming to give control. Operation of the shear is protected to prevent use while back gauge is in movement.
Holddown pads that ensures the fixing of sheet metal during the cutting process. The holddowns are arranged closely at each end of the beam to cut small sheet metal plates without aпy problems.

  • Sheet Slider Balls and Front Protection Frame: The table is equipped with sheet slider balls that facilitate easy movement of the material, while the front protection frame safeguards the operator's hands during cutting operations.
  • Square Arm with Rear Supporting Nail: Positioned in a T-Slot along with front support arms, manufactured in both mm and inches with T-Slots, this feature ensures compatibility for worldwide operations. The rear supporting nail provides additional stability.
  • Ease of Material Movement: The balls on the table allow the operator to move the material effortlessly, improving workflow efficiency.
  • Pneumatic Sheet Support System: This system prevents the deflection of long and thin sheet metals, thereby enhancing the cutting precision. It supports the sheet metal to maintain its integrity during cutting, especially for delicate and lengthy plates.

This unit is a very compact, easy to program single axis controller. The output performance potential free changeover relays allows positioning operations with up to three different speeds. An extensive pool of registers and parameters is already integrated in the standard version Spindle compensation, tolerance window, correction stop, adjustable retract functions, datum value, saw blade/tool correction and more.
To adjust the unit to the used measuring system there are a programmable pulse scaling factor, a multi edge counter and also a selectable decimal point integrated.
