BuCut Vrs series Variable Rake Guillotine Shears makes the cutting with one simple stroke down/up movement of the top blade beam without jamming the material on the blades or the back gauge. For that reason, each of the two cutting edges of the top blade lasts longer. The machine requires less downtime to run or replace the blades. The guiding system on the self
lubricating bearings without the need adjustment, simple hydraulics and simple Electrics require less maintenance than the more complex systems on other type of machines.
BuCut Vrs series Variable Rake Guillotine Shears are desígned and manufactured to withstand the constant loads of maximum capacity, the use of thinner material puts only a minor load on the machine.


RIGID MOTORIZED BACKGAUGE
The High Speed backgauge system is driven Ьy AC motors on linear bearing and ballscrews with +/- 0,01 tolerances. This system has AC motor operation and ballscrews with programming to give control. Operation of the shear is protected to prevent use while back gauge is in movement.

HYDRAULIC PLATE HOLDDOWNS
Hold-down pads that ensures the fixing of sheet metal during the cutting process. The hold-downs are arranged closely at each end of the beam to cut small sheet metal plates without aпy problems.

FRONT SUPPORT ARMS SAFETY
Table equipped with sheet slider balls and front protection frame providing the operator s hand during the cutting operation.
Square arm with rear supporting nail in T-Slot along with front support arms aгe manufactured in mm/inch with T-Slots. It is acceptable for operation worldwide and the balls on the table makes it easy for the operator to move the material.

PNEUMATIC SHEET SUPPORT SYSTEM
This system provides and useful for the users easy to protect the sheet metal to improve cutting precision during cutting of long and thin plates in addition to these, pneumatic sheet support system helps to prevent deflection of the long and thin sheet metals.
