GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Our hydraulic Presses Mod. XC- satisfy the highest technical requirements both present and future. It is a highly functional, robust, simple, and economic machine, which can be equipped with a progressively sophisticated range of accessories until it becomes a production robot.

Bending Compensating System

Optional, mounted on the table, with automatic response and adjustable magnitude. This makes it possible to obtain uniform and precise forming processes, even if the tools are not in perfect condition.

Rational and Synoptical Tool Displacement

High precision lower dead center, adjustable by means of motor. Upper adjustable dead center, which makes it possible to reach high working rates thanks to the high approach and return speed.

Triple Stop System

Optional, which allows correcting bent steel strips.

Throat

500 mm.

The XCN version consists of the same XC machine equipped with a Numerical Control CN placed on the posterior stop axis X and optionally in the penetration axis Y.
