Uncomplicated to operate but powerful in application, the new series of conventional CLOOS step-switch machines delivers outstanding performance.

Step-switch machine GLC 351-C in a powerful manual application in the machine construction industry.

The machines operate within a range of 40-550 A and deliver excellent welding characteristics for all manual tasks, including repair and maintenance.

With a user-friendly design, welding current and wire feed speed can be easily adjusted. The 2x10, 3x10, and 4x10 step switches allow for flexible voltage adjustment.

The welding process is optimally controlled in 2-cycle and 4-cycle operating modes.

The integrated central connection ensures an easy and quick torch change.

WELDING TECHNOLOGY – RELIABLE WIRE GUIDING SYSTEM

The electronically controlled wire drive system, with an optional 1-roller or 2-roller drive in the new Heavy Duty HD version, transports wire electrodes with diameters of 0.8-1.6 mm Ø smoothly and reliably.

The wire feed speed is tacho-controlled and continuously adjustable from 0-24 m/min.

FLEXIBLE HANDLING

The detachable wire drive unit, equipped with a special suspension device, and the portable power source ensure maximum flexibility during welding operations.

When paired with CLOOS torches featuring a rotating neck and wire drive cable assemblies of 0.6-10 m, the machines offer a wide working radius.
