Electro-Erosion Machine D350

Electro-erosion machines are used for cutting out parts of programmed shapes in any conductive material such as copper, aluminum, steel, and sintered elements. They are used, among others, for making dies, mold elements, and tools. The operating principle is to sink the shape electrode into the workpiece. Thanks to this, the worked material takes the shape of the electrode. Such a treatment enables the production of injection molds for plastics, casting molds, and matrices. There is no mechanical contact between the electrode and the detail. Electrodes are made of copper or graphite.
